Migrating MS Access based Product to SaaS based application

Company Expert is based in North Carolina, USA and providing proprietary tools, processes and strategies to the individual and enterprises to help them drive their sales and increase their revenue successfully. They are engaged mainly with Sales, Marketing, Planning and Corporate consulting Services.

Client has several products to offer as part of his portfolio which includes some MS Access based products which client sales as one-time purchase license via his website. Once end user purchases the license then he/she can install the product on his/her machine and use it for their purpose.

Since MS Access based product are majorly replaced by web based solutions and businesses are offering their services on subscription based model, our client needed to follow the market trend and migrate the product from MS Access to a SaaS Model based web application with a complete registration and authentication model. Client was also keen convert the entire licensing system to subscription model with offering services for monthly and yearly subscription with easy to use payment model where end user can select the services, register for it and make the payment and start using it as needed.

We as a IT consulting partners, followed the complete software development cycle for the project. By following the first phase we did a lot of calls back and forth and understood the product and requirements and designed initial architecture for the application. We also outlined the technologies suitable for the project. After finalizing the initial details and base lining the requirement with technology platform below

We started working on the project by dividing entire huge project into Milestone. The first milestone was developing UI/UX and consequently we worked with development of entire application. There were minor challenges per features and were addressed constructively to achieve the needed target.

We build and completed the entire projects and helped client hosting the web application for their users to use the services offered. By looking at hosted environment client was quite relaxed and happy by looking at its functioning. It was also important that end user must complete the scenario right starting from registering to using features and within 15 days our client received a very positive feedback for the platform and also provided a very nice feedback as well.

We also received a second project right immediately after completing this project.
