Client is engaged in business of Towing Industry where he offers various services including providing Towing Vehicles to various interested businesses and individuals and also equipment used into Towing vehicles. Operating in Florida, client has an active presence in other US states as well.

Client was exploring to introduce new services to be used in Towing Industry where people operating on the field to provide service of towing by using their Towing Vehicles spread across the state can view their call and fix their approval and close the service call. The business scenario which client explained to us was quite big and has a number of related processes including booking, finance, invoicing, dashboard and many more.

Entire scenario also holds the complex data management due to inter-relationship of modules and complex architecture for performance requirement on desktop as well as mobile platform. It invited UI/UX level challenges during discussing the user experience requirements.
