Client is a reputed IT consulting and solution providing company having a strong presence in construction business. Client offers innovative end to end solution to enterprises to manage their end to end business processes concerning construction industry. Client has a very strong SaaS model-based solution which offers many features to its clients with a easy to use UI and strong backend support.
We had started collaborating with client for another project in which we had to integrate DocuSign API with MVC architecture. Once the project was successful client asked if we can also provide our services for developing a Windows Form based synchronization tool for QuickBooks Desktop as well as QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks is the most popular Bookkeeping software used across the world and client is aware of the fact and needed to integrate his platform with QuickBooks for many of the data to be transferred to QB with highest level of security and performance. Also client needed to develop a tool which can be easily distributed across the customers and those customers can install and easily login using their existing login framework provided by client.
Initially we a tough job o understand the existing architecture of the application. The application was having a huge set of complex database structure which needed to be understand and mapped with QB so that we can maintain highest level of accuracy in data transfer as well maintain zero error level. We developed the entire application using C# and QuickBooks API and developed a effective mapping between both the platform. We also developed an entire package of the application along with an installer for client, which he can distribute amongst his customer base.
Client was very happy to see the tool working without any problem and exchanging data between MVC application and QB platform effectively and securely. Despite of technological challenges we developed some of the best modules. Currently client is distributing the tool to his customers and achieving the targeted results effectively.
