        Introduction

        EHI-Enterprise Holding is providing Car Rental and Car Sharing Solutions to end users with its wide presence in entire USA and skilled as well as fully prepared employees. As being a complete mobility provider, they provide services to Business Houses, Corporate people, consumers and Government/ non-government entities.

        Challenge

        As company is a very well-known name and have huge operations base with number of employees working round the clock on many business processes to serve clients, our client was looking having a scenario in which he wanted to automate a specific process of Customer Feedback which was divided into certain rules and flow. Client has already outlined his wish to use Microsoft Forms to design the forms and put the questions with mix of optional and descriptive answers for their internal employees to fill and submit. Client was also looking for a complete Workflow to be set up based on the answers selected with submission details and emails to be sent to respective people automatically.

        Solution

        As part of our service model where we offer our consultancy service which includes an End to End solution for any scenario, we understood the requirements and client preferences for using technologies which included Microsoft Forms to design a Questionnaire. The core idea of the entire project was Automation and that needed a workflow to be created. We proposed Microsoft Power Automate to design a Workflow based on his complete hierarchy model which included more than 5 layers of approval between multiple employees. Client also had shown its interest to log all the transaction to a proper place where he can retrieve the logs and later on do the analysis. We also integrated this workflow with Microsoft SharePoint List and directed all transaction like submitted answers and sent emails to it for internal audit purpose.

        Outcome

        The solution was immediately appreciated by client upon an initial official demo and client was happy to see the entire scenario working efficiently and as expected. Giving utmost precision to every question and managing the entire flow was also noticed which initially client was having problem.

        While client introduced the solution in production it also achieved the expected results. Upon this client gave a very good feedback to us and also appreciated our efforts of being a good consulting partner and shown interest to work again on other requirements in future.
