Microsoft Office PowerPoint Add-in for client to place templates provided by client

Pixelhangers is based in Milwaukee, USA and is providing System Integration services for Digital Display Systems commonly used for running advertisements, messages, stories. Companies applications are widely used in shops, restaurants and public places. Pixelhangers is offering custom solutions to its clients based on their requirement and purpose to achieve.

Client is offering solutions for Digital Display systems and they have wide range of offering with them for their end users to choose from. Client was having an urgent requirement of developing an automated tool for Microsoft Office PowerPoint which upon installation it can chose the eligible location and place the default PowerPoint Templates as needed location and upon uninstallation it removes the templates along with entire folder from the location as well. This scenario also needed to check if the templates are already being placed on needed location then that should be taken as backup and without altering them the new templates should be placed.

We were given an immediate task of developing a Microsoft Office PowerPoint Add-in to perform some file management level functions with great care by considering the permission level and the factors as well. We developed the application and developed a complete package for Microsoft Office PowerPoint Add-in. The main toughest and most noticeable part is coding the installer itself. We had to develop modules inside the installer. We developed the entire solution as needed and completed the project successfully. Entire project was developed using C# as programming languages and it was being easily deployable on Office version XP to 2016.

Client was provided the delivery of the entire solution which client initially tested on his machines. Client was quite happy by looking at the functioning of the application and performing expected task precisely by taking care the permission level on end user machines. Client is currently using the same tool very easily and distributing across his client base without receiving any complaint. Client is happy and achieving the productivity targets very nicely.
